Device Installation Information Before Purchase (Gas Heaters Models GH0625-GH0640)
- This device has a chimney and its combustion products must be directed outside.
- The end of the chimney pipe must be equipped with a cap and be at least 60 centimeters higher than the highest point of the building.
- The device must be connected to the chimney using a pipe with a diameter of at least 15 centimeters. Do not convert to a size smaller than this size.
- The path of the chimney pipe should not be lower than the chimney outlet of the device at any point.
- This device is designed for use inside industrial and commercial environments. Avoid installing it outdoors, in small, unventilated spaces, and without a chimney.
- The installation location of the device must have adequate ventilation to allow fresh air to enter.
- Avoid installing the device around flammable materials.
- The installation location of the device must be completely level.
- The device must be installed on a base with a minimum height of 30 cm from the ground, and installing the device on a wall base is subject to having sufficient strength and unobstructed service and maintenance facilities.
- Seamless steel pipes of appropriate thickness must be used for piping.
- Depending on the amount of gas consumed by the device (technical specifications in the catalog), it is necessary to provide a gas pipe equipped with a valve at the installation location in accordance with natural gas piping standards.
- The device must not be installed in environments with flammable air, dust, and corrosive and humid gases.
- Distance between flammable materials The ignition must be at least 50 cm from the sides of the device and 20 cm from the nearest wall, and conditions must be provided in such a way that there is no possibility of external objects being pulled into the fan.
- The device must not be installed in a place where it is exposed to mechanical or physical shocks unless protection is provided to prevent damage to the device.
- For the device to function properly, the distance from the fan to the back wall must be at least 30 cm.
- The required electricity is 220 volts, 1 ampere, equipped with a suitable fuse.
- A three-core cable (3×1.5) equipped with a grounding plug is provided to connect the device to the outlet.
- If the ground wire is not included in the wiring of the installation site, a wire from the ground wire screw must be connected to the metal frame of the building for safety.
- In case of access by children and infants, necessary measures must be taken to prevent children from accessing the device’s fan.
- The installation and commissioning of the device must be carried out by an authorized representative of the energy service in compliance with all safety regulations.
