Important product installation tips:Hot air ovens (OF0700-GF0760-OF1500-GF1560-OF3000–GF3060)
- Installation, service and repairs of this device must be carried out in compliance with all safety principles and by authorized service personnel of the energy company.
- The device must be installed level at the installation site.
- Each hot air oven device is equipped with a chimney appropriate to its thermal capacity. The diameter of the chimney used should not be smaller than the chimney of the device.
The hot air oven model OF0700-GF0760 has a chimney with a diameter of 15 cm.
The hot air oven model OF1500-GF1560 has a chimney with a diameter of 20 cm.
The hot air oven model OF3000-GF3060 has a chimney with a diameter of 30 cm.
- The minimum distance from flammable materials to the chimney of the device is 50 centimeters on each side. If the chimney passes through a wall or partition, a metal pipe must be provided at a distance of 6 centimeters from the chimney.
- The device must not be installed in corrosive environments, flammable and explosive environments.
- The minimum distance from flammable materials to the device walls is 30 centimeters. In order to perform service and repairs, there must be a minimum space of 50 centimeters around the burner and the electrical panel. This distance is not related to the chimney and it is necessary to provide appropriate provision for the chimney separately.
- To prevent damage to the device, avoid installing it in environments with acidic, chlorinated, halogenated air.
- Installing the device in environments with high humidity and salt vapors will cause corrosion of the device and reduce its lifespan.
- The device should not be installed in closed environments and small rooms unless sufficient air is provided for fuel combustion, environmental ventilation and ventilator suction.
- If the temperature of the air entering the device is higher than It is necessary to take measures to protect the motor.
- If the hot air oven requires a higher output temperature than the temperature, the electric motor of the device must be removed from the device cabin by an after-sales service expert.
Note: The GF0760 and OF0700 model ovens with a reinforced fan cannot be removed from the cabin due to the lack of a belt and pulley.
- Installing a hot air oven for paint drying applications is prohibited, except in cases where a return duct is not required, in which case, installing a one-way damper is mandatory.
- If the customer requires a temperature higher than the operating temperature of the device (approximately), two devices must be used in series in accordance with sales engineering calculations in this type of application.
- All pipes and connections must be steel or brass. Galvanized pipes are not recommended. To connect the torch, special plastic hoses or copper pipes can be used (diesel piping)
- Seamless steel pipes of appropriate thickness should be used for piping (gas piping)
- Gas hot air furnaces are installed and commissioned with city gas pressure (18 mbar).
- The gas piping of each device must be carried out in accordance with the gas consumption of that device per hour and the length of the installation site from the main branch, in accordance with the technical specifications and standard table (Chapter 17 of the National Regulations).
- The diameter of the gas pipe of each device must be determined from the technical specifications and standard table of gas piping and according to the gas consumption of each device per hour.
- The pipes must be installed to the nearest The torch point is stretched and equipped with a hand valve at the end of the path and connected to the torch with the shortest hose.
- If the device is installed outside the building, necessary measures must be taken to prevent rain and snow from penetrating the device.
- The installation location of the device must be such that the service worker can move around easily and in complete safety.

- The return ducting must be constructed and implemented according to the sales engineering unit’s plan.
- The return valve must be implemented at a height of 30 centimeters from the floor.
- The ducts that are more than one meter in the open air must be insulated.

- It is better to read the product technical catalog before taking any action.
- Installation and commissioning of the device must be carried out by an authorized representative of the energy service in compliance with all safety regulations.
